Infax provides both onsite and remote training with each system we deploy. We use a train-the-trainer method with our customers, in which the Infax project manager trains the key staff or staff member who will be overseeing the system. These staff can then train their IT employees who will also be using the system.
While training most often occurs after system installation, Infax also conducts training for new IT staff or for users who just need a refresher. We encourage all our customers to request training to ensure that they are well-versed on how to properly use and make the most of their Infax system.
